There is no chance for these visitors to park outside of the compound as the road is a main road and traffic lights are positioned right in-front. Residing in Tropicana, traffic congestion is probably the biggest problem faced by residents. Even after the completion of a second tunnel the traffic flow of the surrounding areas did not improve by much. On the other hand,the traffic situation is still manageable when compared with other nearby areas such as Kota Damansara, SS2, Kelana Jaya, Uptown, etc. Despite going through seemingly stagnant period in the first few years of its launch, prices have begun to climb quickly starting from earlier 2010. New developments such as the Tropicana Grande and Tropicana Avenue have begun to generate interests for the location. There are also plans by Dijaya to build an International School right on the vacant parcel in front of the condos, which would push prices sky-high. Compared with many other condos around PJ, Casa Tropicana still shows some value for money.
