Besides Casa Tropicana, it also developed most of residential in Tropicana enclave, including Tropicana Indah, Tropicana Golf & Country Resort, and Bayu Puteri. Not only that, the company also developed commercial projects as well, including Tropicana City which comprises Tropicana City Tropics and Tropicana City Mall. One of the biggest plus point for Casa Tropicana is the beautiful unobstructed golf course view of the prestigious Tropicana Golf & Country Club being enjoyed by some premium units. It also has easy access to most shopping/commercial areas surrounding it such as Sunway Giza, Mutiara Damansara, One Utama, Tropicana City Mall and Atria, without having to endure the traffic congestion/noise/pollution caused by being too near these hot spots. Some owners of Casa Tropicana claimed that the developer delivered poor workmanship as they found numerous defects. Although the developer was Dijaya, actual construction work was done by LBS-Senibina through a JV. Residing in Tropicana, traffic congestion is probably the biggest problem faced by residents. Even after the completion of a second tunnel the traffic flow of the surrounding areas did not improve by much.
