Sprint Highway is notorious for its traffic congestion and this is one of the constant problems for those who are working here as Sprint Highway is one of the main roads to and fro from Phileo Damansara 2. Office workers of the building are worried about a suspected bird nest house located on the 13th and 14th floor of Block A as they have seen many lorries from a birds nest house design specialist parked by the side of the building and a few men preparing building materials that are used for this bird nest activities. The windows of the 2 units are sealed with bricks which is actually visible from the outside. Many worried that these bricks would actually fall and hit someone while there are also many of the employees there are worried about the hygiene level. The main concern is insufficient and expensive car park bays. The car park operator charges RM3 per hour for visitors and almost RM200 for monthly season parking. Due to the problem, plenty of cars are parked on the roadsides as well as in-front of Petronas and Shell petrol stations located opposite the highway.
